Fireside Room at Westminster OaksAt our January program meeting, Karen Sheffield spoke to us about the history of Jamestown and her ancestor who was among the settlers. Thank you, Karen, for a very interesting presentation!
TGS February Meeting: Local Resources for Family History – You Don’t Have to Leave Tallahassee with Mary Anne Price
TGS Board member Mary Anne Price will present an overview of family history resources that are available here in Tallahassee. Time: Social time is at 1:30 pm and the meeting will start at 2 pm. Location: The Fireside Room in the Parry Center at Westminster Oaks. (The Parry Center may also be accessed through the Maguire Center if you would like to park in the parking garage or near the Pool House.)
